To help incubated enterprises better understand entrepreneurship support policies and corporate financing services, make more effective use of policy resources, and broaden access to financing, Zhiyou Art & Creative Park successfully hosted the “Source for Entrepreneurship: Policy Empowerment & Financial Support for Enterprises” sharing session on the afternoon of September 23.

The event brought together representatives from the Entrepreneurship Guidance Division and the Employment Services Division of the Qingpu District Employment Promotion Center, as well as professionals from Bank of Hangzhou, to share practical information on entrepreneurship policies, employment-related support measures, and financial services for enterprises.

During the policy session, representatives from the Entrepreneurship Guidance Division provided an overview of relevant entrepreneurship support policies, including applicable enterprises, eligibility requirements, support measures, and application procedures. The presentation helped participating companies gain a clearer understanding of available policy resources and how to make better use of them in their business development.

Representatives from the Employment Services Division then introduced employment-related preferential policies and support services for enterprises. Topics included recruitment, employment services, and other policy measures that may help companies reduce operating burdens and improve workforce management.

In the financial services session, professionals from Bank of Hangzhou introduced a range of enterprise-oriented financial products and support services. Based on the financing needs of businesses at different stages of development, they explained relevant credit services, financing solutions, and cooperation channels, providing participating companies with additional options for accessing financial support.

The event also included an interactive exchange session, during which participating enterprises raised questions concerning policy applications, employment services, and financing needs. Representatives from the relevant departments and Bank of Hangzhou responded to these questions and provided practical guidance based on the companies’ specific concerns.

The successful conclusion of the event further strengthened communication between the park’s enterprises, government employment service departments, and financial institutions. Going forward, Zhiyou Art & Creative Park will continue to connect enterprises with policy, financial, and business service resources, and provide more targeted and accessible support to help companies achieve steady and sustainable growth.
