Qingpu District Holds 2025 Appointment Meeting for Medical Experts in Labor Capacity Assessment

To implement the newly issued Administrative Measures for Labor Capacity Assessment by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the National Health Commission, and to further enhance the quality of labor capacity assessments in the district, Qingpu District held the 2025 Appointment Meeting for Medical Experts in Labor Capacity Assessment on September 5.
Attendees included Xu Hui, Party Secretary and Director of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau; Shen Liqun, Deputy Director of the District Health Commission; Lu Zhenyu, Deputy Director of the District HRSS Bureau; staff from the District Labor Assessment Committee; and the newly appointed panel of medical experts. The meeting provided a detailed interpretation of the revised policies related to labor capacity assessment, with expert representative Chen Nong delivering a keynote exchange speech.

At the meeting, Director Xu Hui presented letters of appointment to the newly engaged medical experts, extending warm congratulations and heartfelt gratitude. She also outlined three key requirements for the next stage of assessment work:

Uphold political responsibility in serving the people. Strengthen political awareness, remain grounded in the people’s standpoint, embrace accountability, and fully recognize the political and social significance of labor capacity assessment.
Safeguard the integrity of assessment with the strictest standards. Strengthen document review, standardize on-site procedures, and reinforce oversight and accountability to ensure accuracy, consistency, and transparency throughout the process.
Build synergy through optimized mechanisms. Leverage the core role of experts, improve collaborative service mechanisms, foster a clean and professional working atmosphere, and enhance coordination among experts, institutions, and departments to achieve higher-quality outcomes.
Moving forward, the Qingpu District Labor Assessment Committee will continue to strengthen the expert team, optimize workflows, enhance cross-departmental coordination, and refine assessment mechanisms, ensuring full protection of workers’ legitimate rights and interests.
