“Yuanlai Good Entrepreneurship” Training Successfully Concluded

Recently, the “Yuanlai Good Entrepreneurship” Resource Matching Service Season – Capacity Enhancement Training for Entrepreneurship Service Staff, hosted by the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau and organized by Qingpu Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center, was successfully held at the center.

More than 50 enterprise service specialists and dedicated entrepreneurship service managers from incubation platforms across the district, community service centers, and the Qingpu Innovation & Entrepreneurship Center gathered for an immersive session featuring “policy deep dive + hands-on practice + Q&A review.”

Training Highlights

The program covered two main modules: entrepreneurship policies and employment policies.

• Entrepreneurship Policies: The Entrepreneurship Guidance Section introduced seven major subsidy programs, including early-stage social insurance subsidies, employment-driven subsidies, incubation space subsidies, one-time startup subsidies, and guaranteed loans with interest discounts. Each policy was carefully broken down in terms of guidelines, application procedures, and common points of confusion.

• Employment Policies: The Employment Service Section provided case-based explanations of multiple programs relevant to college graduates, including one-time job expansion subsidies, social insurance subsidies for newly hired graduates, and one-time employment subsidies. The session also detailed the 2025 new policy on maternity social insurance subsidies for female employees.

With structured learning and practical exercises, the training effectively enhanced the policy literacy and service execution capabilities of enterprise service staff, empowering them to better anticipate business needs and deliver targeted policy support.
